Rates

Please contact our office directly to book your appointment. Fees will be discussed at that time. Our office does accept some insurance. However, if out of network, we will gladly provide a an invoice/receipt to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Insurance

We accept United Behavioral Health (UBH), Blue Cross Blue Shield, Beacon Health Options, Amerigroup, Superior Health Plan, Cigna, Aetna, Molina and Community Health Choice and Out of Network.

Reduced Fee

Reduced Fees on a limited bases.

Payment

Cash and all major credit cards and zelle.

Cancellation Policy

There is a NO SHOW fee of the full appointment amount, if not canceled within 24 hours of scheduled service.
